We use your information to prepare and submit your FMCSA filings, process payments, send filing updates and compliance reminders via SMS and email, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Share Your Information
We submit your carrier information to the FMCSA as part of the filing service you hired us to perform. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for CRM, Google Analytics for website tracking). We may disclose information when required by law.
Payment Security
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive filing confirmations and compliance reminders. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
Text Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
