DOT Processing Services ("DOTPS," "we," or "us") provides private compliance filing assistance to motor carriers. By using our websites (dot-processingservices.com, dot-motusregistration.com) or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Our Services
DOTPS assists motor carriers with FMCSA-required filings, including MCS-150 Biennial Updates and Unified Carrier Registration (UCR). We are a private filing service and are not affiliated with the FMCSA or any government agency. Filing fees paid to DOTPS are for our service only and are separate from any government fees.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. DOTPS is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from incorrect information you provide. You must ensure you have the legal authority to authorize filings on behalf of the carrier.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice. By submitting payment, you authorize DOTPS to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve immediate processing and submission to government systems, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only if DOTPS is unable to complete the filing due to an error on our part.
No Guarantee of Outcome
DOTPS submits filings on your behalf but cannot guarantee acceptance by the FMCSA or any government agency. FMCSA processing times are outside our control. It is your responsibility to verify that filings are accepted and reflected in your FMCSA record.
Limitation of Liability
DOTPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of DOTPS and may not be reproduced without written permission.
SMS Text Messaging
This campaign intends to send out non-marketing related messages including account related messages and information messages; additionally, you can opt into marketing related SMS including special offers, discounts, and new product updates. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@dot-processingservices.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
